Selling products in different countries

When you create an API connection (e.g. Product Feed) to Amazon, you specify the marketplace ID. The marketplace ID is equivalent to the Country Code and Amazon Marketplace you are selling in.

For example, Amazon has the following marketplace ID's.

Marketplace MarketplaceId Country code
Canada A2EUQ1WTGCTBG2 CA
US ATVPDKIKX0DER US
Mexico A1AM78C64UM0Y8 MX
Spain A1RKKUPIHCS9HS ES
UK A1F83G8C2ARO7P UK
France A13V1IB3VIYZZH FR
Germany A1PA6795UKMFR9 DE
Italy APJ6JRA9NG5V4 IT
Brazil A2Q3Y263D00KWC BR
India A21TJRUUN4KGV IN
China AAHKV2X7AFYLW CN
Japan A1VC38T7YXB528 JP

In your Hyperspace account settings you select the Country specific to the Hyperspace account and Amazon account you created. Hyperspace populates the correct Amazon Marketplace ID for you based on your Country selection. The Marketplace ID is required in order to send products to Amazon. Amazon requires that you specify the Marketplace ID when creating new listings.

You can configure settings for your Amazon account specifically for that Amazon Marketplace.

Hyperspace also supports adding additional Amazon accounts to your Hyperspace account. This enables you to sell products from 1 Lightspeed Account and 1 Hyperspace Account to 2 different marketplace ID's (or even 2 different Amazon Seller ID's).

For an additional subscription fee (+$75/month) Hyperspace can activate 2 tabs at the top of the Hyperspace screen for each Amazon account. it can show Amazon and Amazon 2.
