Lightspeed includes 2 price levels when you first set up your account: MSRP and Default.
You can create additional price levels in Lightspeed through your Settings > Price Levels
You can even select a price level and change the label. If you use numerous integrations with Hyperspace you may have price levels for Amazon, eBay, Wholesalers, Shopify and more.
Numerous clients use Hyperspace to create products in NetSuite and then mark them Sellable to automatically create them in Lightspeed. In your Hyperspace settings for NetSuite integration you can map your price levels in NetSuite to their corresponding price level in Lightspeed.
First access your NetSuite Settings in Hyperspace (Account Settings > NetSuite Settings).
IMPORTANT: At the top of your settings there is a button called SYNC DATA FOR SETTINGS. This button will look for new updates in both Lightspeed and NetSuite. Hyperspace syncs between both systems regularly, but it does not sync data that rarely ever changes such as store location names, payment methods and price level labels.
About 1/2 way down the page is a section called: Price Level Routing. There are 2 drop down menus in this section.
Lightspeed Price Level: This drop-down will show all of the price levels you have created in Lightspeed. If you do not see your price levels in this drop-down or if you just added new price levels click SYNC DATA FOR SETTINGS.
NetSuite Price Level: This drop-down will show all of the price levels you have created in NetSuite. If you do not see your price levels in this drop-down or if you just added new price levels click SYNC DATA FOR SETTINGS.
Select a price level from the first drop-down menu and select its match from the second drop-down menu. Click the Route Price Level button to map the two together.
Hyperspace will display which prices are mapped together at the bottom of this section. You can always click the remove button to remove the connection and make a different selection.
