Extension Support and Installation
The Level 1 support plan above includes supporting conflicts and minor extension errors that could occur. Our team is not the developer for 3rd party extensions so we can only provide limited support or help you submit support issues to the original developer. We will do our very best to solve your issue regardless, but there may be support issues that arise that require the original extension developer. In rare instances, we may need to remove the existing extension and replace it with one that is more compatible and reliable.
Feature Enhancements, Design Changes & More
Hyperspace can add additional features, install extensions, provide training for new employees, upgrade new extensions and configure extensions at a rate of $95/hr. Hyperspace can also perform custom design services, blog customization, gallery customization and more for your site. Please talk to your Hyperspace Project Manager about your project to receive a fixed-bid estimate.
