It enables you to tailor the integration to suit your business requirements. There is no limit to how large you can grow with the Hyperspace integration for Salesforce.
The first step is to sign-up with Lightspeed Retail Point of Sale.
The second step is to create your Hyperspace account.
The final step is to coordinate an on-boarding/training meeting with a Hyperspace Project Manager. Your Hyperspace PM will need the following before the meeting starts and this should be sent over 48 hours before the meeting.
1. Your Login for Lightspeed Retail.
2. Your login and password for Salesforce. This will enable us to make the connection between Hyperspace and Salesforce and also configure the custom settings and objects. This integration syncs customers, products, sales data (line items, payment, etc).
3. Lastly, it might be a good idea to test syncing 1 customer and 1 sale before turning everything on. This is a fully automated system, so the final step is to turn on the integration and let it run constantly. Please create 1 customer and 1 sale in Lightspeed Retail that we can sync to your Salesforce account. We would like to test a customer and sale syncing to Salesforce before the meeting begins.
