How to create a support ticket in the Hyperspace ticketing system

Are you stuck and need some help? The Hyperspace support ticket system is the fastest way to get responses from our team. You can access Hyperspace support through the gear icon on the top right corner of our web site.


You can also access the same support queue from inside your Hyperspace Cloud account.

Here's how: 

1. Login to your Hyperspacecloud account here >

2. On the top right, click the green arrow and select "Support" 


3. This will take you to our support page. On the left hand side of the screen there will be a button called "Submit a request" 



4. When you select "Submit a request" it will bring you to this page below where you can input all of your information and attach screenshots.


5. Hit Submit and your request will be queued and assigned to one of our team members.
