Overriding your Delivery Number or Delivery Date in Apple Device Enrollment

If your order for Apple Device Enrollment appears with a red-shaded background, this indicates that it has not enrolled successfully to Apple Device Enrollment.

Here are 2 troubleshooting techniques you can attempt to enroll the order successfully and turn it green.

Overriding your Delivery Number

Under the invoices tab in Hyperspace at the bottom there is a button called: Override Delivery Number. This button is used to modify the Delivery Number on the order.

It is located under the MORE button at the bottom of the Invoices tab.

Select your red-shaded order by clicking the checkbox on the far left of the order.

Click on the Override Delivery Number button. A pop-up window will appear that looks similar to this:

Simply enter a number that is 1 digit higher into the box. So if your Delivery Number is D3605, enter D3606.  Click the Override Delivery Number for this Order button.

Wait about 60 seconds for Apple to review your order.

Once that is complete, click the green Check Transaction Status button that is located under the MORE button in the same section.

If the order has a 'green button, green background' it is enrolled successfully. If it is still shaded red, proceed to the next step.

 

Overriding your Delivery Date

Under the invoices tab in Hyperspace at the bottom there is a button called: Modify Delivery Data. This button is used to modify the Shipping or Delivery Date on an order.

Select the red-shaded order by clicking the checkbox on the far left of the order.

Click on the Modify Delivery Data button. A pop-up window will appear that looks similar to this:

Click on the Auto-populate my Order Date button.

This will show the current Order Date for the order. The next step is to click into the Delivery Date box. it will look similar to this:

Select a date and time that is greater than the order date. So if the order date is October 16th, 2018 at 8:30 a.m., you will need to choose a date or time that is greater.  For example, October 17th, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.  You don't have to choose a new date. You could simply choose a future time instead, but use the same date. 

Note: You need to select a date and time that has already past. You cannot select a date in the future that has not occurred yet.

Once that is complete select the order again and click the Override Order button at the bottom of Hyperspace.

Once that is complete, click the green Check Transaction Status button that is located under the MORE button in the same section.

If the order has a 'green button, green background' it is enrolled successfully. If it is still shaded red, please contact Hyperspace for additional assistance.
