Hyperspace supports several solutions that can sync stock levels from NetSuite to Heartland Retail Point of Sale.
The first step is to check these 2 settings in Hyperspace.
A. If the first one is Enabled, stock will not sync when the product is first synced (created) from NetSuite ERP to Heartland Retail Point of Sale.
B. If the second one is Enabled, stock will never sync to Heartland Retail, if you have Method 2 enabled below.
The first 2 processes sync stock automatically from one system to another. This is described in Method 1 and Method 2 below. Do not activate both Methods 1 and 2 in Hyperspace. You can activate one or the other.
The second step is to check these settings in Hyperspace.
If you want inventory updates, including manual adjustments, to sync to NetSuite ERP be sure to Enable this setting and select the stores that Hyperspace is allowed to update.
The third step is to check these settings in Hyperspace.
If you want inventory updates, including manual adjustments, to sync to Heartland Retail Point of Sale be sure to Disable this setting and select the stores that Hyperspace is allowed to update in the Point of Sale.
Method 1: Sync stock from Heartland Retail Point of Sale to NetSuite ERP automatically.
This process constantly checks NetSuite ERP stock levels. If a stock level in NetSuite ERP does not match an existing stock level in Heartland Retail Point of Sale, an automated stock adjustment is created in NetSuite ERP.
Heartland Retail Point of Sale > automatic stock adjustment > NetSuite ERP
This is mainly for clients that treat Heartland Retail Point of Sale as the Master record of inventory and want assurance that NetSuite ERP will always match the Point of Sale. This is an automated process.
Method 2: Sync stock from NetSuite ERP to Heartland Retail Point of Sale automatically.
This process constantly checks Heartland Retail Point of Sale stock levels. If a stock level in Heartland Retail Point of Sale does not match an existing stock level in NetSuite ERP, an automated stock adjustment is created in Heartland Retail Point of Sale.
NetSuite ERP > automatic stock adjustment > Heartland Retail Point of Sale
This is mainly for clients that treat NetSuite ERP as the Master record of inventory and want assurance that Heartland Retail Point of Sale will always match NetSuite ERP. This is an automated process.
If you do not wish to have your stock adjustments automated, you can activate one of the methods below. Do not enable Method 1 or Method 2 in Hyperspace if enabling Method 3 or 4. Be sure Method 1 and Method 2 are both disabled, then activate Method 3 or Method 4.
Method 3: Sync Manual Stock Adjustments from NetSuite ERP to Heartland Retail Point of Sale
When this method is activated, manual adjustments created in NetSuite ERP will sync over as manual adjustments to Heartland Retail Point of Sale.

Method 4: Sync Manual Stock Adjustments from Heartland Retail Point of Sale to NetSuite ERP
When this method is activated, manual adjustments created in Heartland Retail Point of Sale will sync over as manual adjustments to NetSuite ERP.
Heartland Retail Point of Sale > manual stock adjustment created by an user > NetSuite ERP
When activating Method 4, when you Disable 'Update NetSuite Inventory' and turn on POS Inventory Adjustments, 2 addition settings will appear in Hyperspace. See below.
Be sure that setting is Enabled and define the start date that Hyperspace is allowed to sync Adjustments.
As a final recommendation, you may want to verify that you have selected the correct inventory level in NetSuite ERP within your Hyperspace settings.
