As per Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of Saudi Arabia, the QR code data must be in base64 format using ABAP.
This means that the QR Code on the E-Invoice cannot be scanned with your phone or tablet's camera without an app that reads the base64 format. You need to scan the QR Code with an app that reads the base64 format.
If you want to scan the QR Code on the E-Invoice generated by Hyperspace, please download one of these 2 apps to your phone. Use one of those apps to scan the QR Code.
Other retailers in Saudi Arabia have already reported that the QR scans correctly when using one of these 2 apps.
